Facebook 多個服務在晚上 10 時左右出現問題，部分貼文的圖片無法載入，並無法上載圖片。除了 Facebook 之外，連 WhatsApp 和 Instagram 也出現問題，同樣是部分圖片或影片無法載入。在 Downdetector.com 的圖表中，可以看到自晚上 9 時許開始出現舉報，到晚上 10 時達到高峰期，7,100 多個舉報中 84% 與圖片有關。不過在 Facebook 提供給開發人的平台狀態網頁，就未有報告出現問題，仍然顯示為「 Facebook Platform is Healthy 」的狀態。
